Founded by Suzi Payton and Helen Davies in 2021, South East Amigos is dedicated to supporting the neurodivergent community Helen, founder of Practical Wisdom, runs workshops for neurodivergent adults and parents, while Suzi, a creative coach and late-diagnosed ADHD/autistic advocate, helps people embrace their true selves.
