Welcome to Neurodiversity UK

My name is Jack Norwood, and I’m the founder of Neurodiversity UK—a social enterprise dedicated to providing the most effective support for neurodivergent people.
With over 15 years of experience supporting neurodiverse communities, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of people with ADHD thrive. I founded ADHD Aware, the Brighton ADHD Support Group, and now Neurodiversity UK to continue supporting people like you. This long-term work has given me unique insights into what truly helps.
At Neurodiversity UK, we work with a range of coaches who meet my standards and have all been personally vetted by me.
Every coach we work with:
- Is neurodivergent themselves—because it’s essential they truly ‘get it’ and understand you.
- Has specialist training in neurodiversity coaching—because coaching neurodivergent people is different from coaching neurotypicals. We bring expert knowledge to help you understand how your brain works differently.

ADHD Coaching for Adults
Whether you’ve just received a diagnosis or recognised signs of ADHD in yourself for years, we can support you in understanding what it really means to be neurodivergent. Many people come to coaching feeling confused by years of coping strategies that no longer serve them—pushing through, masking, or being hard on themselves to meet expectations.
Our coaching helps you develop self-awareness, explore your strengths, and better understand the challenges you’ve faced. We also offer screening across the full neurodivergent profile, as ADHD often overlaps with conditions like autism, dyspraxia, or sensory processing differences.
If you’re looking for support through the Access to Work scheme, we’re happy to help.
ADHD Coaching for Children and Families
Parenting a neurodivergent child can be challenging—especially when society expects children to sit still, stay quiet, and never interrupt. These pressures can leave both children and parents feeling misunderstood and exhausted.
At Neurodiversity UK, we empower families to support their child’s unique neurotype and help children feel proud of who they are. We focus on building confidence, self-awareness, and emotional resilience—not just for the child, but for the whole family.
Too often, children with ADHD only hear about what they’re doing wrong. We aim to flip that script, highlight their strengths, and give them the tools to thrive.
