About Us
Introducing Neurodiversity UK
At Neurodiversity UK, we’re on a mission to unite and empower the neurodiverse community across the United Kingdom. As a social enterprise, we’re dedicated to supporting peer support groups and fostering connections through our nationwide directory of neurodiverse events.
Our Core Initiatives
Nationwide Event Directory
A central hub connecting people with local events and support groups.
Peer Support Group Assistance
Launching a supervision meeting to support and empower group organizers.
Specialized Support Groups
We offer our own support group meetings, including a men's group and a support group for those applying to the government's Access to Work scheme.
We believe in the immense value of the neurodiverse community. By gathering feedback from support groups, we continually refine our understanding of effective interventions. This invaluable insight shapes our high-quality coaching and neurodiversity training services.
Our motivation stems from recognizing that many individuals receive ineffective coaching. Through our extensive work with support groups, we’ve learned that when done right, coaching can be truly life-changing.
What is a Social Enterprise?
As a social enterprise, we balance business operations with social impact. We’re committed to reinvesting over 50% of our profits continuously reinvested. To ensure transparency, we’ll produce an annual social impact report detailing our community contributions.

Our Story
Neurodiversity UK was founded by Jack Norwood and Martin Bunker, two passionate advocates for neurodiversity with extensive experience in the field.
Together, Jack and Martin bring their wealth of experience and passion to Neurodiversity UK, driving our mission to support, empower, and unite the neurodiverse community across the UK.
Jack Norwood
With 13 years of experience in neurodiversity, Jack brings a unique perspective to Neurodiversity UK. He founded the Brighton ADHD Support group and later established the peer support charity ADHD Aware. His years in peer support have given him invaluable insights into the long-term needs of neurodiverse individuals.
Now working as a neurodiversity coach, Jack continues to receive excellent feedback from clients. He holds a Level 2 qualification in counselling skills and is pursuing a professional coaching diploma from the ADHD Foundation.
Martin Bunker
Martin contributes over three decades of expertise in training and education to Neurodiversity UK. His experience includes supporting children and young adults with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and SEN. This background provides him with crucial insights into the challenges faced by neurodiverse individuals transitioning into adulthood.
As a key figure in fellow charity, ADHD Aware, Martin hosts support groups and webinars, sharing practical strategies for thriving in a predominantly neurotypical society. Over the past year, he has also been the Lead on neurodiversity training programs for governmental and private clients and some Charities/Social Enterprises.
Martin lives in Brighton with his wife, who is a Music Teacher and herself a Volunteer for neurodiversity charities, and their three daughters. When he does have any free time he is hoping to finish his Masters Degree in Neuroscience! His life exemplifies a deep commitment to supporting and advocating for those with neurodiversity.
