Neurodiversity UK is a social enterprise dedicated to supporting and celebrating neurodivergent people. We provide ADHD and autism coaching, peer support, and neurodiversity inclusivity training for workplaces across sectors.
Our coaching agency focuses on empowering neurodivergent individuals in their daily lives—helping with organisation, time management, emotional regulation, and more. All our coaches are neurodivergent themselves and use a strengths-based, neuro-affirming approach.

We are growing rapidly and are seeking an organised, empathetic, and proactive person to help manage our client services and ensure every individual receives high-quality, consistent support.

Job Description

We are looking for a Client Services Associate to oversee the day-to-day coordination and delivery of our coaching services. You’ll act as the key point of contact for clients, coaches, and Access to Work partners—ensuring smooth onboarding, communication, and ongoing service management.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Access to Work processes, CRM systems, and a solid understanding of neurodivergent conditions and support needs.

This role is central to maintaining our excellent client relationships and ensuring our services run efficiently and compassionately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate client onboarding, matching clients with suitable coaches.Act as the main point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and empathetic communication.
  • Liaise with coaches and the Director to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage Access to Work documentation, communication, and reporting.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system to track client progress, communications, and service data.
  • Schedule and coordinate coaching sessions and related activities using WriteUpp practice management software.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and respond to feedback.
  • Support administrative and operational processes to improve efficiency.
  • Invoice clients using WriteUpp practice management software.
  • Check for payments with Xero accounting software.
  • Contribute to service improvement and process development.
  • Ensure all operations reflect our neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach.

 

Essential Skills

  • Experience in client services, administration, or service coordination.
  • Familiarity with Access to Work processes and requirements.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and other digital tools.
  • Empathy, patience, and understanding when working with neurodivergent individuals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation.
  • Proactive, problem-solving approach to service challenges.
  • Experience with WriteUpp or similar practice management software.
  • IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, CRM systems, Xero etc.).

 

Desirable Skills

  • Lived experience of neurodivergence.
  • Experience working in or with social enterprises or non-profit organisations.
  • Knowledge of neurodiverse conditions such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and others.
  • Understanding of coaching or support services for neurodivergent people.
  • Experience in process improvement or operational management.
