South East Amigos is an evening of connection and community, created specifically for adults with ADHD or ADHD traits. Held monthly on the 3rd Thursday, this social gathering provides a welcoming space to meet others, share experiences, and build friendships in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Meet the Organisers
Helen Davies, founder of Practical Wisdom, runs workshops and courses for neurodivergent adults and parents. Suzi Payton is a neurodiversity coach, speaker, and late-diagnosed ADHD/autistic advocate, helping others embrace their true selves.
