Welcome to Neurodiversity UK
My name is Jack Norwood, and I’m the founder of Neurodiversity UK—a social enterprise dedicated to providing the most effective support for neurodivergent people.
With over 15 years of experience supporting neurodiverse communities, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of people with ADHD thrive. I founded ADHD Aware, the Brighton ADHD Support Group, and now Neurodiversity UK to continue supporting people like you. This long-term work has given me unique insights into what truly helps.
At Neurodiversity UK, we work with a range of coaches who meet my standards and have all been personally vetted by me.
Every coach we work with:
- Is neurodivergent themselves—because it’s essential they truly ‘get it’ and understand you.
- Has specialist training in neurodiversity coaching—because coaching neurodivergent people is different from coaching neurotypicals. We bring expert knowledge to help you understand how your brain works differently.

His lived experience of ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, sensory processing differences, PTSD, and autistic traits shapes his compassionate approach to coaching.

His work blends evidence-based strategies, psychoeducation, and person-centred support, helping clients understand their brains, build on their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Mani Gilbert
Mani is an empathetic, knowledgeable, and passionate coach who brings these strengths to her ADHD and neurodiversity coaching and consultancy.
With years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, she has a specialised focus on ADHD. After a decade as a special needs teacher, Mani developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges and strengths neurodivergent people face.
She holds an ADHD Coaching Certificate from the ADHD Foundation, combining life coaching with psychoeducation to support clients in building self-awareness and practical strategies.
As a queer person diagnosed with ADHD later in life, Mani creates an inclusive, safe space where clients feel truly seen. She believes in the power of the coaching relationship to foster resilience, self-acceptance, and lasting, meaningful change.

Genevieve is an ADHD Coach, qualified teacher, and member of the Universal Coaching Alliance.
Gen’s sessions blend psychoeducation with a neurodiversity-affirming approach, creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel empowered to experiment, challenge themselves, and discover sustainable ways of living that bring structure, progress, and calm to their lives. By embracing the principles of neuroplasticity, Gen can also help clients release limiting beliefs and cultivate fresh perspectives that boost self-esteem.
Diagnosed with dyslexia at age eight and ADHD in her thirties, Gen combines lived experience with professional training to offer a foundation of genuine understanding. Her coaching provides not just strategies, but support rooted in empathy, insight, and practical tools for real change.

Becky Robinson
Becky Robinson is a qualified ADHD Coach, accredited at Senior Practitioner level with the EMCC. She is also a qualified Emotions Coaching Practitioner and Neurodivergent Inclusive Coach.
Becky’s work is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and rooted in empathy. She has a strong understanding of ADHD, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and the impact of anxiety, burnout, and masking - particularly for those whose experiences are often overlooked or misunderstood.
Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience as a neurodivergent adult, parent carer, and neurodivergent leader in professional and voluntary roles, Becky offers a calm space where clients feel genuinely heard, validated and safe to be themselves. She works in a reflective, client-led way, supporting people to make sense of their ADHD and develop a kinder understanding of themselves, while creating compassionate, practical strategies that fit their real lives. Her focus is on building self-belief, confidence, and change that feels sustainable and natural.
ADHD Coaching for Adults
Whether you’ve just received a diagnosis or recognised signs of ADHD in yourself for years, we can support you in understanding what it really means to be neurodivergent. Many people come to coaching feeling confused by years of coping strategies that no longer serve them—pushing through, masking, or being hard on themselves to meet expectations.
Our coaching helps you develop self-awareness, explore your strengths, and better understand the challenges you’ve faced. We also offer screening across the full neurodivergent profile, as ADHD often overlaps with conditions like autism, dyspraxia, or sensory processing differences.
If you’re looking for support through the Access to Work scheme, we’re happy to help.
Coaching Fees
Our one-to-one neurodiversity coaching sessions are £139 per 60-minute session (£115.83 + VAT).
To help spread the cost, many of our clients choose to have coaching every two weeks, allowing time to put new strategies into practice while receiving ongoing support. We typically recommend an initial programme of 6–12 sessions, depending on your goals and what you would like to achieve through coaching.
If you’re employed, your employer may be willing to fund coaching as a reasonable adjustment. We also welcome clients funded through the Access to Work scheme. If you’re ready to proceed, please complete the enquiry form below. We’ll then review your enquiry and match you with one of our specialist neurodiversity coaches.
