Terms and Conditions for Neurodiversity UK Training Services

1. Introduction

1.1 Purpose: These terms explain our agreement for training services. Please read carefully.

1.2 Retention: Keep a copy for your records.

1.3 Scope: These terms cover our training services and events.

1.4 About Us: Neurodiversity UK is a social enterprise empowering the neurodiverse community. We provide professional development to improve neurodiversity inclusion.

1.6 Communication: We’ll contact you via phone or the email/postal address you provided.

2. Bookings and Contracts

2.1 Event Descriptions: Event descriptions are for general information. Prices are quoted at the time of booking, in UK pounds.

2.2 Booking Confirmation: Submitting a booking (online, written, or by phone) will be confirmed (verbally, in writing, or both). This confirmation, or attendance if confirmation wasn’t received beforehand, creates a legally binding contract.

2.3 Business Clients: If you’re not a consumer, you confirm you have authority to bind your business to this contract.

2.4 Entire Agreement (Non-Consumers): For non-consumers, these terms are the entire agreement, superseding all prior agreements.

2.5 No Reliance on Other Statements (Non-Consumers): Non-consumers confirm they don’t rely on statements not in these terms.

2.6 No Misrepresentation Claims (Non-Consumers): Neither party can claim misrepresentation based on statements in this contract (non-consumers).

3. Price and Payment

3.1 Payment: Pay the fees in advance as quoted. An invoice will be issued.

3.2 Payment Methods: Pay by bank transfer (BACS):

3.3 Invoice Address: Ensure your provided address (physical or email) is correct.

3.4 Payment Due Date: Pay within 30 days of the invoice date.

3.5 Attendance Before Payment: Attending before payment creates a binding contract (see clause 2.3).

3.6 Non-Payment: Non-payment breaches the contract. We may refuse event entry.

3.7 Legal Action: We may take legal action to recover outstanding fees.

3.8 Future Bookings: We may refuse or cancel future bookings if payments are outstanding.

3.9 Pricing Errors: We will correct any pricing errors.
