An informal meeting for Men who also identify as having ADHD and/or Neurodivergence.
This is an inclusive space, welcoming cis men, trans men, and non-binary individuals who identify with the experience of being a man or navigating male-related challenges and issues.
This is an opportunity to feel understood, share experiences, hear others’ stories, explore strategies together, reduce any feelings of isolation.
In future, we may also pick a topic to help attendees deal with the unique issues and challenges that Neurodiverse Men face in the modern world!
We’ve also created a dedicated Facebook group for ongoing peer support.
