A relaxed social meet-up for ADHD adults in Brighton
Brighton ADHD Social Evening (BASE) is a monthly gathering for adults with ADHD to connect, chat, and share experiences in a welcoming and understanding environment. Whether you have a diagnosis, self-identify, or are exploring ADHD, you’re very welcome to join us. We meet once a month on a weekend evening in central Brighton.
What to expect
This is a relaxed, informal evening where you can meet others with ADHD in a supportive and friendly space. There’s no pressure to socialise in any particular way—just come along, grab a drink, and chat at your own pace.
