Brighton ADHD Social Evening (BASE)

A relaxed social meet-up for ADHD adults in Brighton

Brighton ADHD Social Evening (BASE) is a monthly gathering for adults with ADHD to connect, chat, and share experiences in a welcoming and understanding environment. Whether you have a diagnosis, self-identify, or are exploring ADHD, you’re very welcome to join us. We meet on the first Saturday of every month in central Brighton. The venue will change every month, so keep an eye out for updates!

What to expect

This is a relaxed, informal evening where you can meet others with ADHD in a supportive and friendly space. There’s no pressure to socialise in any particular way—just come along, grab a drink, and chat at your own pace.
